    After realising that im basically screwing around again, and cut myself off from another forum until i reach the 120s ive decided to make a forum here to keep me on track when it comes to loosing weight and life basically.

    today i weighed in at 134lb, which i hate the fact that since the beginning of january ive managed to again 3lb, which isnt on at all. Each month i vow a new start so, today i set about that new start and moving forward.

    I have a 5k run in 5months which i need to prepair myself for, and need to get myself inline and definatly get to the 120s in february.

    The Plan:
    *Consumer no more than 800 calories daily. In order to keep the motabolism ticking and not plummet into starvation mode, and therefore not break into a plateau

    foods will follow a general plan of:
    Breakfast - weetabix and 150ml of skimmed milk
    Lunch - Soup with a slice of toast
    or - tuna salad with pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper
    or sandwich and piece of fruit
    Dinner - Quorn & vegetables
    or jacket potato and beans
    or curry sauce with quorn and vegetables and limited rice

    *Go to the gym at least 3 times a week, and work on training:
    sit up bike - 5mins (effort 3)
    treadmil - 5k (today did it at 5mph took 1hour exactly)
    x trainer - 15mins (effort 3)
    recumbant bike - 5mins (effort 3)
    strength and toning machines
    sun bed - optional
    sauna - 15mins

    as my fitness increases i will also add the stepper for 15mins and rower for 15mins, and eventually increase all the timings on the exercises.

    *I will record my intake and outtake and weight daily, i will make progress.
    *I will refrain from purging in any form
    *I will try and drink 1.5ltrs of water a day
    *I will do toning exercises before bed time

    I will succeed at this!!

    Today! the new start!
    I didnt exactly start off great but its the first day, and itll only get better.
    I skipped breakfast, but had a fake bacon sandwich for lunch (bread was 80cal per slice and 60cal per 2 rashers of bacon: 240cal)
    Ive yet to have dinner, but im having a quorn fillet (45cal) 1/2 a red onion, a red pepper, korma sauce, with a small amount of rice if any at all.
    I would have staid within my 800cal limit.

    I went to the gym, followed the plan and burned 767calories. which isnt too bad. I didnt get to do as many toning machines as id like because the gym was quite busy but ill improve on that. i have that tomorro i can post that ive lost some weight.
